David Scott | Chief Operating Officer. David Scott has been the COO of ShipTime and Paid Inc. since 2020. David leads the Development and IT teams from requirements to implementation and support. He sees automation as the key to success and pushes to optimize tasks and processes within the company. David has supported many large projects during his short tenure so far, including a complete platform overhaul with a focus on usability and automation!

Tracey Navaroli | Sr. VP of Finance. Tracey joined the ShipTime team in December 2016 as part of ShipTime’s merger with Paid Inc. Although her official title is Sr. VP of Finance, the reality is much bigger. In 2012, she joined Paid as a senior accountant and eventually became responsible for putting in place policies and processes to ensure that the financial statements and documents filed by the company comply with both audits and the SEC. . These great accomplishments have been accomplished while staying one step ahead of day-to-day financial operations and the challenges needed to manage exponential growth. Tracey graduated from Nichols College with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1993.

Daniel Baker | Support. Daniel has over a decade of experience working directly with clients, supporting both their technical and customer service related needs. Don’t let the beard fool you — he is extremely personable and has a reputation for providing stellar support for both internal and external entities. He makes it a point to engage every customer immediately upon any issue being brought to light, and keeping them in the loop until it is resolved!
